Well polished game with a handful of pretty fun mini-games. Some mini-games are better than others. The more unique ones like the peas on the plate mini-game and the hunter mini-game are where the game really thrives. A lot of the other ones follow the same “be the last alive” principle, which gets old quickly. I can see myself revisiting this at some point.

Fun mix of Balatro and Shotgun Roulette. Very fun and fast paced. Lots of strategy involved and the underlying story is quite interesting too. Excited for the full release with more classes to choose from.

For a genre that just doesn’t appeal to me, I will say a few good things about this game. It’s extremely polished. The wide character selection provides room for all play-styles. Probably the most welcoming title in 3-lane MOBA’s. Gave an extra 1/2 star because it’s not League of Legends.

Nioh is a superb love letter the Souls-Like genre. It beautifully capitalizes off what makes the genre great while still adding new and challenging mechanics. This game also has some of the most memorable and well-crafted bosses in all of gaming.

Solid souls game, but the lack of any sort of fast travel is horrendous. Much slower than newer Fromsoft titles and bosses are a bit more gimmicky. Still a lot of fun to be had.
