The Midnight Walk is a first-person dark fantasy adventure game developed by MoonHood and published by Fast Travel Games. It follows the Burnt One, who travels through a hostile world alongside Potboy, a small lantern creature whose flame is used to illuminate the environment and interact with threats encountered along the journey. The story is structured around five interconnected tales. Gameplay combines exploration, environmental puzzle-solving, and evasion. Potboy's flame can be used to distract creatures while the player hides from or avoids them. The game's environments and characters were first sculpted in clay, then 3D-scanned and presented in a stop-motion visual style. It can be played in both standard flatscreen mode and VR.
Phoenix515★ 5.0THIS GAME IS A 10/10 VR GAME AND IS SEVERELY UNDERRATED. This is the most gorgeous game I’ve ever played. Playing in controller mode doesn’t do it justice you HAVE to play in VR for the full experience. The puzzles are fun, the atmosphere is creepy, and the enemies are creepier. But it also has such an adorable charm and a beautiful story that makes this an easy 5 stars.
